Brattleboro Housing partnerships own and manage 307 apartment homes for seniors, persons with disabilities and families. These homes are found in six developments throughout Brattleboro. All developments have community rooms, with kitchens, recreation space and central laundries (except Moore Court which has washer/dryer hookups). BHP provides 24 hour maintenance, on site property staff and, special programs for adults and youth. On site parking is available at all properties.
Three of our properties comprise 214 apartment homes for seniors and persons with disabilities.
We also own and manage two properties comprising 70 apartment homes for families and others.
