What hours will a staff member be at my property?
 
The Melrose Terrace main office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 4:30pm. (802)254-6071

What do I do if I have an emergency work order after hours?
 
Call (802)254-6071. The answering service will pick up your call. Tell them your emergency. The answering service will contact the on call maintenance staff. You will receive a return call from the maintenance staff in about twenty minutes to get more details about your specific work order.
 
What do I do if I need a repair done in my apartment?
 
Call (802)254-6071 and give the staff of the Brattleboro Housing Authority your name, apartment number and work  needed. The work is usually completed within two business days of placing the work order. Maintenance staff must respond to emergency work orders first.
