Our Properties
We own and manage 284 apartment homes for seniors, persons with disabilities and families. These homes are found in five developments throughout Brattleboro. All developments have community rooms, with kitchens, recreation space and central laundries (except Moore Court which has washer/dryer hookups). BHA provides 24 hour maintenance, on site property staff and, in some developments, special programs for adults and youth. On site parking is also available everywhere (though it is limited in some developments).

We are also part owner and manager of the Ann Wilder Richards building located at 1063 Western Avenue in West Brattleboro. This
property has commercial space and 21 apartment homes, including two 2-bedroom apartments, 4 studio apartments, and fifteen 1-bedroom
apartments. Rent includes heat, hot water, and central air conditioning. Other amenities include: on-site laundry, community
room and kitchen, smoke-free building, and elevator. Income restrictions apply.
